Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation more than 48 hours before your scheduled rental pickup time, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled rental pickup time, you will incur a charge equal to one day’s rental rate.
  • No-Shows: If you fail to pick up the vehicle on the scheduled date and time, you will not receive a refund. The full rental cost will be charged.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds will be issued if you cancel within the allowed time frame (48 hours prior to the rental date), or in the event that the vehicle is not available due to circumstances on our end, such as a mechanical issue or other operational failure.
  • Damage or Loss: Refunds will not be issued for any damage or loss incurred during the rental period. If the vehicle is returned with damage or if the terms of the rental agreement are violated, you will be charged accordingly.
  • Early Returns: If you return the vehicle before the scheduled end of your rental period, no refund will be issued for unused rental time.

3. Vehicle Availability

While we strive to provide the vehicle you reserved, we reserve the right to substitute a similar or higher-class vehicle in case of unexpected circumstances (such as mechanical issues, accidents, etc.).

4. Payment Processing

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account after approval.
